內蒙古乾坤金銀精煉股份有限公司(以下簡稱“公司”)是在1999年3月,經(jīng)中國人民銀行總行和內蒙古自治區(qū)分行同意,并由內蒙古自治區(qū)人民政府體改委批準,在原內蒙古貴金屬冶煉廠、內蒙古金店的基礎上,通過資產重組和全員入股的形式完成了公司股份制改革。

乾坤公司成立后,始終堅持管理創(chuàng)新、技術創(chuàng)新的經(jīng)營理念,使公司的生產能力和技術水平長足發(fā)展。形成了具有年精煉提純黃金150噸、白銀300噸、加工金銀飾品和民族工藝品8噸的能力。累計完成中國人民銀行總行國庫金銀精煉任務黃金500余噸,白銀1000余噸。在國內、國際黃金白銀市場樹立了“乾坤”品牌的良好形象,公司一度被列入內蒙古自治區(qū)重點培育和發(fā)展的二十家企業(yè)之一,“乾坤”品牌被自治區(qū)工商局評為著名商標,被自治區(qū)科技廳授予“自治區(qū)高新技術企業(yè)”等榮譽稱號。公司在構建可持續(xù)發(fā)展的產業(yè)鏈。公司及合作商充分了解并遵守注冊地及經(jīng)營所在地的所有適用的關于勞動者保護的法律法規(guī),保障員工享有勞動權利和履行勞動義務。

1.簽訂勞動合同。公司及合作商在遵循平等自愿、協(xié)商一致的原則下,與員工簽訂勞動合同,明確雙方權利和義務,規(guī)范雙方的行為。根據(jù)國家法律法規(guī)的相關規(guī)定,就勞動報酬、工作時間、休息休假、勞動安全衛(wèi)生、保險福利等事項,經(jīng)過集體協(xié)商一致通過后,簽訂集體合同,并報送當?shù)厝肆Y源、社會保障局、上級工會組織、當?shù)毓ど虡I(yè)聯(lián)合協(xié)會備案生效。

2.禁止聘用及使用童工。公司及合作商不聘用任何不滿16周歲或低于國家或地方法律或法規(guī)規(guī)定的最低年齡的工人。不支持任何用童工的行為,且堅決禁止最惡劣形式的童工使用。

3.消除一切形式的強迫和強制勞動。包括但不限于身體暴力和性暴力、抵債性質的勞動、扣留工資、限制行動、扣押護照和身份證件、威脅向當局告發(fā)或投訴等情況。依法安排員工工作時間和休班休假,執(zhí)行每日工作時間不超八小時、平均每周工作時間不超四十四小時的工時制度。員工有權依法享受國家法律、法規(guī)規(guī)定的休息休假日,并享受帶薪年休假。

4.提供安全和健康的工作環(huán)境。公司及合作商杜絕任何嚴重危及生命安全或健康的工作條件,防范任何重大火災或爆炸事故發(fā)生,防范作業(yè)現(xiàn)場發(fā)生致命事故,防止在工作過程中發(fā)生或引起疾病,如傳染病疫情導致集體性感染事件。識別、評估可能存在的健康安全風險(包括消防、工業(yè)衛(wèi)生、強體力型工作、機器防護等),通過消除危害、替代、工程控制、預防性維護和安全工作流程,來消除或降低風險。提供符合國家規(guī)定的勞動安全衛(wèi)生條件和必要的勞動防護用品,對從事有職業(yè)危害作業(yè)的員工每年進行職業(yè)健康查體。此外,還采取適當?shù)拇胧┍Wo女工,尤其是孕婦和哺乳期女工的安全健康。

5.開展員工教育培訓工作。公司及合作商建立員工教育培訓制度,按照國家規(guī)定對員工定期開展員工教育培訓工作。對從事特種作業(yè)的員工進行培訓,取得特種作業(yè)資格后持證上崗。

6.確保在就業(yè)和從業(yè)方面不存在歧視。公司及合作商執(zhí)行國家最低工資保障制度,遵循按勞分配原則,實行同工同酬。堅持公平、公正、公開、競爭、擇優(yōu)的原則,完善選人用人機制,提供員工晉升通道,優(yōu)化人力資源配置。按照國家規(guī)定為員工繳納社會保險,并創(chuàng)造條件,提高員工的福利待遇。

7.尊重員工結社自由和集體談判的有效權利。公司及合作商承認和尊重員工行使自由結社及集體談判的合法權利。允許員工有自由結社和參加工會的權利,并尊重員工組織起來進行集體談判的權利,并盡最大努力達成集體談判協(xié)議。

8.應急處置。公司及合作商評估可能發(fā)生的緊急情況和緊急事件,包括但不限于火災、爆炸、致命事故、集體中毒等,并通過實施應急方案及應對程序,包括:緊急報告、現(xiàn)場急救、通知和撤離程序、定期訓練與演習和復原計劃等,最大程度地降低對人身、環(huán)境和財產的影響。

1. Sign a labor contract. The company and its partners, following the principles of equality, voluntariness, and consensus through consultation, sign labor contracts with employees to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties and regulate their behavior.
